SENTi OPEN POSITION: Part-Time shop assistant. 7-15hrs/week

SENTi is seeking a PT shop assistant. 7-15hrs/week. This individual will work in the shop with some possible remote tasks. The ideal person is someone who:
*Values service, relationships and collaboration with all who step into the shop
*Approaches others with a warm, attentive and friendly style
*Has a can-do attitude to tackle a variety of tasks big to small and is flexible to pivot when necessary
*Is comfortable working independently and behind the scenes
*Is naturally organized, detail-oriented and reliable
*Is comfortable using social media
*Has technology experience in Shopify a plus
*Has an interest in trends, a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Opening/closing the shop
*Greeting and chatting with clients
*Understanding the product background, story and use
*Execute shop exclusive gift wrapping technique
*Assisting clients with purchases, product questions, gifts
*Assisting with and capturing social media content to keep engagement and increase followers
*Capturing pertinent client information; names, email, client info and tidbits - purchase history
*Keeping the shop floor, workspace, shared spaces and outdoor sidewalk area organized, clean and tidy
*Managing product and supply storage in the shop
*Assisting with webshop shipping of online orders
*Assisting with and collaborating on shop events

LOCATION: SENTi, 3922 W 50th St, Suite 104, Edina

COMPENSATION: This is a part time, hourly position starting at 15.00/hr with opportunities for growth
